The 56 Music Fix is excited to present a family-friendly event at the Veteran's Memorial Bandshell at Lions Park with an Artisan Market, food vendors and live music.
Thank you for your interest in being part of our Artisan Market! We're seeking 40-50 local vendors to sell their handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. For consideration, please complete & submit the form below. Our jury will determine if your work is a good fit for our event and will be in touch with further details.
Performing bands & artists may be photographed and or recorded for promotional use by 56 Music Fix. By agreeing to perform, you are agreeing that your image and logo may be used by 56 Music Fix.

What is the date of the artisan market?August 17th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Vendors will be allowed to set up starting at 9:00am and must be broken down by 6:00pm.

What is the cost to be a vendor?$75.00 per vendor for a 10x10 space The park district will have 6ft tables and chairs available for your use.

How many people do you anticipate will attend the event?We had over 1,000 people visit the Artisan Fix in 2023. This is a well marketed and attended event the community looks forward to.

Where is the event?Mt. Prospect, Il. The market will be held at the bandshell/Lions Park field. 411 S. Maple Street Mt. Prospect, Il 6056

What is the booth size?10 x 10 booth space will be allotted for each vendor.

Do you provide any booth equipment?Yes, you will have self serve access to 6ft tables and chairs for your booth. We will also provide water and booth sitting if requested.

Is electricity provided?Very limited electricity is avaiable. Vendors who need electricity will be selected by the jury.

What are the set up and breakdown procedures?You are responsible to set up and breakdown your booth. We can provide limited assistance. Set up begins at 9:00am. Breakdown begins at 5:00pm and must be completed by 6:00pm. Pulley carts will be available for your convenience.

How do I apply to be a vendor?Fill out and submit the form on this page and we will get back to you as soon as we can. This is a juried market so please allow a week or so for approval.

What are the acceptance criteria?1. You must be the artist/designer of your work 2. You must be the original creator/assembler/producer/maker of your work. 3. You must understand and have mastered the craft process needed to make your work. 4. You must be intimately involved in the production process from start to finish. 5. Artist must be on-site representing their work for the duration of the show

How do artists collect payment for their pieces?You must be able to collect payment via cash or credit card. You are responsible for any and all sales tax that needs to be collected.
